What has this song got to do with Rhodesia? What the hell.

@incumbentvinyl9291 the song has nothing to do with Rhodesia mate...but it fits.

@@tprdfh51 I disagree. There are tons of magnificent Rhodesian songs, many of which are actual troopiesongs, yet you went with something random that is off topic. You also mislead everyone with your title.

@incumbentvinyl9291 and you my friend...are an idiot - 255k views would disagree with you - many of whom (like myself) are veterans of the Bush War. Perhaps if you read the information I provided to tell what the video is about and the how/why I put it together you would at least have half a clue what you are talking about.😔

@@tprdfh51 I already said that the title is misleading. What part of that did you not get? Clearly, you're the idiot.

When USSR was laying in destruction the only two countries I wanted to escape were SAR and Rodesia. I didn't care them were already crushed and over 'cause all the USSR propaganda told me they were the baddest lot in the world and that meant they were the best!

I was a teenager in Zambia during the height of the Bush War, and schemed how to runaway from home, travel a couple of hundred miles and get across the boarder. A fantasy that never came to be. My family returned to the UK and I joined the British Army in 77. My fascination and admiration for the Rhodesians, the Troopie, RLI, Selous Scouts, Greys Scouts, The Black Devils, RR, C Sqn SAS etc never diminished. Rhodesians Never Die
