Purchased through Amazon, worked fine till 45 days later and the vacuum pump no longer works! It's like it starts to pump and shuts off immediately. I've emailed ELEVARIFY and no response after 3 weeks! Horrible customer service! No other contact information on the company and the product is currently no longer available on Amazon. In addition, there are other negative reviews on Amazon, including the vacuum pump no longer working! Very dissatisfied for an expensive blender. could have got one much less without the vacuum option. Come on ELEVARIFY!

For $100.00 cheaper you can get the Blitzwolf, its the same machine.
