Thank you for this video; it is very helpful. Could you please tell me how you got the hours of each wind speed? I was just wondering how you got it.
@m-hamzamalik9 ай бұрын
These are frequencies (in hours/ year) @ each wind speed bin (m/s), you can calculate this if you have the wind speed data (timeseries data) and then arrange that data with a temporal resolution of 1 hour for the single year and then calculate the frequency the sum of all these frequency should be approx 8760 hours/year, you can also use Python or MATLAB to achieve this.
@LilianeUWAJENEZA9 ай бұрын
Thank you for your reply; I appreciate it. These data (time series data) should be the data of wind turbines, or we could use other datasets like ERA5. For example, if I have the data on wind turbines for a year but there are two months of missing data, can I use it or can I find another way? @@m-hamzamalik
@m-hamzamalik9 ай бұрын
@@LilianeUWAJENEZA You can use either of them or both, (local measurments or ERA5), to compare errors, but please check the sources and see how local measurements are different from spatial measurements like ERA5, you also mentioned that you have 2 months missing data which will lead to inaccurate results (you can use methods like interpolation or some other methods like filling data from previous or next year if you have 1+ years of data but still it's an approximation) you can justify it and there is no issue to use ERA5 dataset, please if you are a researcher, also confirm this from your supervisor. If you are ok with spatial measurements, then there is no problem in ERA5.

Hey Dan, I have a HYE-1500 96 volt turbine, they supply you with a charted power curve, But with no voltage points, So in order to program a Aurora Wind inverter, it has to columns. Volts- Power(AMPS). So in order to get the volts and power, is there a way using the given power curve with watts and M/S chart ?

Confusing... What about internal energy, heat, and mechanical work? Internal energy=total kinetic and potential energy. Heat is only the transfer of energy at micro level. Instead mechanical work is the transfer of energy at macro level.

I believe the question I need to ask is, is there any other information that I will need from the J Manual other than the R values of the homes outer wall materials and the designed temp/ Delta T information to complete my duct calculations/ Heat Loss and Heat gain to complete the process
@MemphisBlackOwnedBusinesses Жыл бұрын
Bro thanks for doing these videos. My HVAC service is in it's second year and I'm having to freshen up on figuring duct calculations for residential at this point for newly developed homes. It's the first one I actually need load calculations for. I want to impress the builders and try to see if I can get more contracts for the long haul. Thanks so much for explaining the information so thoroughly. Once I can transfer it all to paper from the blueprints, I'll feel secure in giving an accurate estimate for equipment and labor etc. God bless you friend. Any of your videos that you suggest that I watch

Your whole premise fails. Earth's atmosphere is composed of about 78 percent nitrogen, 21 percent oxygen, 0.9 percent argon, and 0.1 percent other gases (which includes Co2). Co2 helps keep the Earth's ecology abd biosphere healthy. Yet people like you and your carbon footprints want net zero, and literally wipe out most of the human population on the planet. IDIOT.

The Earth is cooler with the atmos/GHGs/albedo not warmer. To perform as advertised the GHGs require “extra” energy upwelling from the surface radiating as a black body. (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ZrCZndpokr-rXYk.html) The kinetic heat transfer processes of the contiguous atmos molecules render that scenario impossible. No greenhouse effect, no GHG warming, no man/CO2 driven climate change or Gorebal warming. Version 1.0 050322
