Nice video. 10 years ago it was produced another one, technically not so good but with a lot of documentary. Both videos are great together, previous for atmosphere and this one for understanding.

It just dawned on me that we both managed to be trainers in the various work environments we had over the years. I still remember you making a cheat sheet for the register at Lucky's to learn and the owner completely dismissed the idea. His loss for sure!

Y'know, I never really thought about it before, but that was probably the start of what lead me down this path -- I wanted to make things easier for others to not have to deal with the same struggles and frustrations! 🙂
