How about untwist them? “Country”, pop, and rap are the reason Metal isn’t the leading genre, not an underground subgenre that only 20%-30% of Metalheads like and even less people in general know about. It’s okay for someone else to take the stage after decades of being the most popular. Being in first place all the time becomes boring and unchallenging.

This is one band out of thousands, personally I like things that are just ignorantly heavy with a lot of groove. Not to mention the vocals are insane (I'm sure to some it sounds easy but it's far from it).... There are plenty of killer thrash bands out there. But, the great part about metal is there is a little bit of something for everyone. The reason I'd say metal isn't a leading genre anymore is because too many people think the best metal is what they like. When in reality any metal is better than not metal.
