I’m 50 years old, extremely active, I only eat fruit (I do drink two cups of bullet proof coffee in the morning though) until noon, then I do a smoothie with fruit and no sugar yogurt or a “chia pudding” with more fruit on it. Dinner is basically my only real “meal” of the day. I feel great, I’m lean and healthy and have tons of energy. Works for me!

Thanks Rob for this video! I've been digging in an trying new techniques as I learn them. I can see the progressive increase in quality that I'm able to get because I started before I really knew what I was doing, but as I used it daily I learned to ask in better ways, give the right details, apply the correct constraints. And the crazy part is this is just the beginning. If we jump in now, use it, learn how to iterate on on what's worked, and continue the cycle, in a short amount of time we'll find ourselves lightyears beyond where we would have been if we let intimidation keep us from starting.

I just finished 75 hard. The two big things I learned is #1 you have to plan out your week and stick to your schedule. Otherwise you will be up all night working out and drinking water. #2 the only real way to make a large change in your life is to change your identity or how you view yourself. 75 hard is an identity. If I walk into a real estate conference and they are offering alcohol, unhealthy foods, etc it's not an option for me because I'm doing 75 hard. My willpower doesn't matter because my identity is I'm completing 75 hard so the unhealthy foods aren't an option. If I was going by willpower alone you will fail. Great video!

Always love hearing from you Rob. Working on a scorecard right now and finally sat down to give Chat my individual configuration after knowing about it for a while. And all of that after only being half through the video. What I am wondering often is how to be my authentic/unique voice using AI. It is such a gift, because with dyslexia writing is something where I can both be avoidant as well as overly elaborate. But then it sounds, for quiet literal reasons, like something I would never write "like that". Feels sort of of looking for the deeply personal connection as a coach, but then again everyone else is not writing as they speak/are. Maybe I can go and ask Chat to create me a progress scorecard and action steps list on that for myself, ha. :D Also absolut laugtet my ass of when I tried to get a life coaching song from Sudo. The lyrics were not wrong, it just sounded so "corporate event" theme song, hahaha.

i appreciate the good vibes. as for brand voice, the first step is to write down 5-10 keywords of what you sound like (ex. friendly, conversational, witty, brand safe, etc) and then make sure to put that in your ChatGPT custom instructions. another thing you could do is ask ChatGPT to help you create a brand voice guide, starting with an outline of things you'll answer to help it better understand what you sound like. then fill it out from there. The last thing is I've found ChatGPT works better as a work class editor than as the main creator. So start with writing something yourself, then have ChatGPT edit it.

Non-binary thinking has helped me consider the complexities of life and get rid of the intrusive thoughts that bugged me for years
@RobCressy
@RobCressy 3 ай бұрын
there is value in both ways of thinking. this isn't an absolute. more of "this is how you can leverage binary thinking as a tool in your creator toolbelt to get unstuck." So often with complexities of life, we can over analyze and make it harder on ourselves. Binary thinking helps simplify it by making the decision easy.
