Apple with peel grind it with cold Milk & 2 dates In my start i had 9.3 Hb level every one told me nothing works in pregnancy but after 2 Months my hb level at 13.something even my doctor was impressed

Pls don't take advice from random influencers on internet during pregnancy. Consult your doctor always.. Beetroot should be avoided if one has sugar during pregnancy - aka gestational diabetes. Take it as just fyi
