omg THANK YOU! I'm trying to learn the basics from a different tutorial, but couldn't figure out what she meant by "knit" and "purl." I didn't know all I was missing was not taking the stitch off the needle lol

Why do you go under three stitches on the shoulder but only go under one stitch on the sleeve?

This video isn't very clear. There was no mention of leaving part of the back piece on the needle as far as I am aware.

Can I ask, your vid tutorial is slightly different to the written instructions in a few places. Such as the solid mesh pattern. Which should I follow?

I'm so bummed. Working on this sweater for my second project ever. I had the correct amount of stitches after increasing but finished the yolk and didn't have the right number of stitches. Nubie mistake...I totally wasn't counting my stitches after each round. 😭. Now I don't know how to fix it! Should I rip all the way back to the increase round? Or just half and see if I had the right number of stitches?
