He has more abilities than godzilla for example teleporting his sword to attack enemies, core laser, guns on his tv and lasers on his big tv also having the blue glow he could hypnotise godzilla and he could attack him then 3. He also has impressive feats like killing skibidi scientist, almost killing gman both times he met him 4. Now if he does get critically injured he can teleport himself and return with upgrades like he did in episode 47 he returned in episode 67. In conclusion it would be a big fight he might get hurt but in the end titan tvman would kill godzilla.

Those abilities are useless against Godzilla. The only thing UTCM Can do is try diving into him using his entire body weight. Or trying to throw punches. His core will do nothing since its just a way less and weaker version of Godzilla's atomic breath. Either way this is one of the many ways I predict how the fight would go if this fight would happen.
