Simply Fu€#+g Brilliant! Pardon my French. Breath taking version, by Zimmer's genius and talented musicians. Epic. Thank You !!! Cheers Donna.

Anybody else a millennial that got caught up in the prescription pill craze in the late 2000s and became an addict that way? If so, congrats on still being alive. Are you clean now? And if so, how long? For me, I started using in late 2008-early 2009 and am now 13 months clean. Had a lot of close calls its a miracle that I'm not dead, in prison, permanently confined in a psych ward, that I have no major permanent injuries and that I still have all my limbs. Every day going forward is a blessing!

I feel for you, friend. The consequencse of the Oxy's era will never be fully grasped, all the damages and ripples accounted for, and now probably never fairly judged and consequently punished. The level of destruction, pain and sorrow the Sackler family left behind is just unfathomable. Wouldn't want that on my karma Kuddo's to you psychedelicartistry! Glad to see the strong spirit you carry today. And to all that didn't make it... Cheers

Love the attack in this cover. This is the one that plays in my head. Zimmer is a genius.

This is definitely a cover. I listened to the original countless of times, and believe me, it's different. Original is called "Lux Aeterna", it was composed by Clint Mansell and performed by the Kronos Quartet. This version tho sounds a lot bigger and a lot fuller. This is a real orchestra performing the piece. And if I can believe the YT's Content ID identifying the music as "Requiem for a Tower", by Daniel J. Nielsen (as you may see when you click on "Show More" under the video description), then the claim by some people down in the comments is actually correct.

Ob Hans Zimmer oder Clint Mansell. Jede Verion ist ein Meisterwerk. 👍

This such a great sound track from the best movie about drug use ever made. It starts out bad for everyone, gets much worse and then it’s over. Much more true to life than most movies about drugs.

One of those RAW films that will stay with you forever! NOT for the faint of heart, but worth the watch! Crash is another movie that comes to mind. Requiem for some soul searching introspection about how you treat yourself. Crash for soul searching introspection on how you treat others. I recommend watching both at least once a year!

Such a shame this music became totally abused in 2010-s. It's like "Azio's family" - even the most epic and beautiful soundtrack makes you sick when you hear it fucking everywhere
