Tell me about it. I’ve been without electricity and water for 6 days because I was hit by a tornado Saturday night. My telephone pole broke at ground level and the power company won’t replace it because it’s the pole my meter and breaker box mounts on. I have another 23’ pole but I have no way to pick it up and set it in the 5’ deep hole. I worked for hours yesterday digging out the old broke pole. I need electricity to run my well. Water is harder to live without than electricity for other things. Washing Dishes, cloths, yourself and flushing toilets. I’m catching rain water off my roof as I’m typing this to use for some things. My truck is stuck in this torrential never ending rain so I’m screwed if another tornado comes (mobile home in the country). I barely got away in time from the one Saturday night. It was blowing my truck around. It took the roof off my barn and tore 3 big holes in my mobile home roof.
