African Americans talk about reparations based on slavery and want to make slavery a “white man’s sin” when in fact slavery has been practiced by most cultures on all continents through history. It was African rulers that first sold their own people to ignorant illiterate Europeans who in the 15th century didn’t know any better and participated in the slave trade. How about the red indians aka native Americans they went almost extinct? All their land not only in the USA but throughout the Americans was taken by everybody else including blacks. Native Americans are not asking for reparations they are virtually extinct and nowhere to be seen. I do agree with reparations to the slaves themselves but they are all dead and present day people have never owned slaves because slavery is wrong and illegal so why are present day people getting all the blame?
