Great breakdown brother. Leo is gonna be really great for the defense this year. That throw by Josh Allen was bonkers... Dude is an alien. He just isn't the best QB on the planet. I think he's the 2nd best tho. Keep doing your thing. You got something here.

Thank you! I appreciate the support and feedback! I definitely think Leo takes a big jump this year, and the scary part about the defense they’ve built is having that next man ready to go where McDuffie can replace Sneed and Leo replacing Willie without any major hiccups.

I would re-sign smith for one more year he did great and has the power. Also get mckinnon back hes an excellent pass blocker

I agree and some what surprised they haven't re-signed Smith, that was my impression that they would at some point this offseason. Jet doesn't get enough credit in my book, one of the best blocking backs in the league in pass protection.

Hopefully not. He's a smaller version of Orlando Brown Jr. Good run blocker but not athletic enough to stop your better DE's. I remember Vonn Miller having 2 crucial pressures in the Bills regular season game that impacted that game. Slow feet and not that powerful.

I could kind of see that, really if he can improve his first step and get better footwork I think he has a chance and hopefully just rookie timing. It never felt like he was in sync at any time last year.

The two Raiders games was a tale of two performances for Wanya, week 12 was probably hios best performance of the year and highest grade of 62.8. Then week 16 his worst performance and grade of 43.8. I'm pretty sure he started week 16 though and week 12 he came off the bench when Smith went down, when he started and teams game planned for him he did not play well.

Decent breakdown and analysis, but you are WAY too kind to Morris. That was an absolute lowlight film on him. I don't I think I saw a single play where he seemed like an NFL left tackle. Yes, I get it. He was a rook, he's gonna make mistakes against Mack, etc. But he didn't show ANY promise in these clips (admittedly, I only watched the first 10 minutes). Good effort on your part, and I'll keep an eye on you. Like Wanya, you've got some growth and development to focus on. How about some energy, some emotion? But best wishes and take care. I'll be back.

Really appreciate the feedback and support! Definitely took an optimistic view on the film for Wanya, I really like him coming out of OU last year so we’ll see if he can bring his game up to potentially start. It’s all a journey, looking to improve as well so again really appreciate the feedback!

I think they're very comparable talents. Morris most likely has the inside track, with NFL experience and his first full offseason. Morris was raw, but it looked like he was holding his own and might even be winning the job, until the concussion. Both young tackles fell out of the 1st round because they were raw coming out, but otherwise checked a lot of boxes. IIRC, Morris was the first OT taken after the 1st round in 2023 draft, after a flurry of OT picks in the 1st. I think the Chiefs were overjoyed that he was still on the board when they took him. Ideally, it will be a fierce competition between two starting-caliber OTs. In a perfect world, they're both pro bowl caliber, and they find a trading partner for Jawaan Taylor after this season. Otherwise, they'd almost have to roll with Taylor until 2026. His contract was signed before the t.v. contract, so his 2025-6 cost might look very reasonable to an OT-needy team, especially if he turns in a good 2024 campaign. He really got picked on last year, and had to adjust to the new interpretation of false-start rules.

(disclaimer to all haters: i turned off my notifications so i will never read ur laughable, hateful comments. LOL! 🤣).

@papaschro The Patriots were basically on top of the league for 20 years. During that time, they were caught in several cheating scandals. The media was complicit in covering up much of the negativity, and they still gush about how great Bill Belichick is and how great Brady is to this day never bringing up the rules that they bent and broke to get on top. As a football fan living through that time period, it sure felt like a coordinated propaganda campaign from all sides to get the fans to forget about it all. If you didn't know, Robert Kraft, the Patriots owner, was a good friend of Roger Goodell. He was instrumental in getting Goodell promoted to Commissioner. Although there was some punishment meted to Kraft's team, it was hardly strong enough to suit the crimes. If it were stronger, maybe they would have stopped cheating, but they didn't. The analysts in sports media would not talk about it either. Some reporters broke the news, but it was the fans who kept the news alive in hopes that the league would do the right thing. A fair and suitable course of action by the league never really materialized, but the fans never forgot, and even to this day, the Patriots are known for cheating. That is their reputation. Now, the new fans that have come along after the Brady/Belichick era see the established fan reaction to that team and their reputation, and so they conflate success with cheating. They don't realize that it was only that specific team in that specific era that earned that reputation. So now the Chiefs have been the most successful team to come along after the Patriot era. To the new fans, there is no difference between the 2 franchises. Since it is the Chiefs era now, that means that they are cheaters in their view because it's the Chiefs' turn. They have no historical underpinnings to their rationale. Even though the Chiefs have never been busted for anything, they don't understand that it takes proof before fans have the right to demean a team's reputation. Their ignorance is on full display, and they refuse to listen to anyone because in their social world, empirical evidence and facts do not matter. Feelings matter along with being in agreement with the group. So, the Chiefs hate is mostly coming from newer fans who don't have a grasp on history. They mistakenly see a correlation between a bad reputation and success and think that they are just carrying on in a tradition. However, it is all BS. There is another group of fans of other teams who are just jealous and sick of the Chiefs success. They want to see their team or anyone else in the Superbowl besides the Chiefs. The Chiefs have played in 4 of the last 5 Superbowls. I get it.
