I used this when I had a one-off type situation where I picked up a few BBs at a client's apartment while sitting on the couch. I saw three live ones on my headboard and ordered Cimexa on amazon. Luckily it didn't turn into an infestation because I quickly used Cimexa in a Harris duster tool and applied it in its raw dust form without mixing with water, in and around the bed frame, headboard and mattress, couch and all across the hardwood floor and I let it stay put. In under a week, confirmed no more BBs nor bites and that was years ago, I never had a bite nor single sighting since. It works and if people will check the studies done on this in the National Instituteof Health (NIH), testing effectiveness, experiments concluded cimexa has 100% effectiveness against BBs, "Only bed bugs exposed to CimeXa killed 100% of bed bugs by day 4 post-exposure". It keeps working for 10 years and is completely safe to humans. I moved recently and also have used this in the new place as a preventive. If you travel often it's also good to use around the zippers and seams of your luggage.

I got Cimexa and Crossfire and applied a few days ago. So far I'm very pleased with all the bed bug carcasses I'm seeing. The bodies I see that are still intact were probably killed by Crossfire. The bodies that are all curled up with nothing left but skeleton were probably killed by Cimexa. I'll try to remember to do a follow up in a month or so.

I am so glad this product exists, however before using this I would first set up diy bed bug traps with yeast and sugar(loads of youtube vids on how) the reason being is the BB get very thirsty and head straight for food. ie YOU. if you have traps set up, treat the house then leave the for the day they will head for the traps.
