I never understood the intricacies of Scientology until I found your channel. In the 80s and 90s, I owned a business 1 block from the Ft. Harrison. My kids went to Belcher Elementary School, Clearwater, in the 80s. They had many Scientology kids in their classes who lived in the motels on south US 19. (converted to housing for Scientology kids). As a “room mother” volunteer at Belcher, I noticed the S. children because they seemed so unhappy. They said they never saw their parents, they never interacted with any classmates. They said they had to clean and service their buildings after school everyday…no time for friends, sports, etc…there’s so much more, as you can imagine. But now, this begins to make sense.

Aaron is absolutely on point because Scientology definitely finds ways to infiltrate as part of their annoying “Fair Gaming” philosophy. I have been in this fight for over 35 years and while I was not in Scientology I was raised in a cult in South America and Scientology definitely interfered with my recovery when they 😅infiltrated (yes Scientology planted an actress with the stage name of “Laura Terepin", allegedly real name Jolie Steckart) The Original Cult Awareness Network (CAN). Cynthia Kisser, a wonderful and talented person running CAN was helping me tremendously with me recovery when this scandal arose and Jolie allegedly stole a tremendous amount of documents including personal files, mine included, Of course when I found out about this betrayal by COS I was mortified and furious. I had actually dined and broke bread with “Laura” and shared my story with her. This malicious act by Scientology deeply affected my trust in others related to the anti-cult movement. It got so bad that Scientology would appear at the conferences to support former cult victims and I had a very personal and threatening encounter with DM whom, no matter how diminutive in stature he is he can be exceedingly intimidating and since I had helped MTV networks on their Scientology exposure many years ago he took my involvement personally, mind you my involvement was minimal. I mention all of this to illustrate the lengths that Scientology will go to disrupt, by all means necessary, legal or not, an organized attack against their human trafficking cult. I must say that Aarons expression “Every Day, is a Great Day, not to be in a Cult” is not only encouraging but healing as well. She was urgently hospitalized after being released from the place in the desert with organ damage and her doctors warned her not to do any more mega doses of vitamins because they were destroying her liver. Some people from the NY org came and got her out of the hospital and sent her to Flag, where no one could reach her. She did call eventually and told me she needed medical care and couldn't get back, but continued taking what they told her instead of her doctors warning. She eventually died of complications from liver disease.
