This site is lying to you. SCOTUS DID NOT GIVE ALMOST COMPLETE IMMUNITY TO PRESIDENT TRUMP. It clarified what the ALREADY existing immunity constituted. ALL Presidents have had immunity for OFFICIAL acts done while President. It clarified the acts deemed OUTSIDE the scope of Presidential acts IS NOT covered by immunity. This immunity is afforded to ALL Presidents, not just President Trump. This garbage site wants to make it appear as ONLY President Trump receives this immunity, WRONG you liars. Congress determines if the act in question is within the scope of Presidential requirements through IMPEACHMENT ( an indictment, NOT guilty) and the Senate prosecutes (trial to determine guilt).

Nothing is ever mentioned on this program about a lack of services and assustance for some people with a certain kind of developmental disability. A psychologist, and possibly a neuropsychologist is needed to carry out the required type of testing which is necessary for the evsluation. Instead, the FSSA only might send a psychomotrist who does not have the knowledge and training, and the eligibility is set by unlicensed, unqualified politicians. The mental health system has employees whi do not call you back, or who in some cases do not have training in a mental health/psyblchological field, and do not always have good communication ability and empathy. Disability people as it us cannot always afford to live in the community. The U.S. Department of Justice has recently sued three Republican states for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. A Republicab administration does not care that much about the civil rights and ability to survive on the part of lower-income disabled and older people. The lack of qualifications of some people in private and state disability care agencies already is problematic and, and is not investigated or brought uo by the media. There is a strong possibility it will get worse on the federal level.

President Biden should use this immunity decision to bar all convicted felons from holding office under 14-2.

On the Supreme Court case, I think it's up to Congress to put their big boy/girl pants on & put in the Constitution qny restrictions they believe We the People would want on the President of today & the future. Congress must become U.K. style Parliament & take more of a collective control over Government so one person doesn't have the lion's share of the power then We The People get to have more of a say in the day to day operations of Government which I believe we should have.

We had a term of DJT. He did none of the things that pearls are being clutched over. In addition, he did not try H.Clinton (Email Server), B.Obama (Fast & Furious) and he will not hold Biden liable for willingly opening the border and the crime that has followed. But, Trump had Russiagate & constant lawfare against him. This ruling was a subtle restraint on the tit-for-tat that could follow this outrageous era.

The intolerance of the person representing the democrats, on this panel each week, is incredible. Talking over, interrupting, ad hominem attacks and basically yelling at clouds. Not surprising she is yelling, scolding the young republican about “blacks this, blacks that”. Was waiting for her to tell him that if “he doesn’t vote for Biden, he ain’t black.”

Okay, Kristi Noem is a bad candidate for VP because of the lies about meeting Kim Jung Un, and because she brags about shooting her dog the way Donald Trump brags about rape. Openly. If any of these Republicans are decent people, why are they willing to vote for someone found liable for sexual abuse?
