I do have a question whar if the marks are just a hair off but I get zero on the crank am I good to go, reason I ask is because the dust cover behind the cams with the timing marks was removed so what if it just isn't sitting exactly where it should be wich is giving the illusion my cams marks are a wee off
@RossGlave48022 ай бұрын
If your just a little off, meaning not a entire tooth. It should be fine. Just make sure any slack is on the tensioner side of the belt area; and tight on the driver side when checking.

"Get out there and HACK YOUR NEW TRUCK UP" 😆🤣 Hilarious! Thanks for making this video. Great instructions as to what it takes to install this camber kit... I shared it on the F150Lightning forum.. Hope you make another video and show the finished truck lowered and maybe driving impressions with the fancy(expensive) adjustable ICONS installed👍
@RossGlave48023 ай бұрын
I really thank you for your feedback. The correction for the icon instructions was important for me to share as I was stumped for a little bit; and being a expensive truck for my customer I wanted to make sure it was done correct the first time. I did finish the truck, it drove so smooth. I lowered the front 1" and the rear 3 1/6".

Sorry about the trans! Ive had it happen so many times myself. Thanks on the gratz. I love the new chassis, this car is amazing. I have so much more room to work on things, be comfy. I can even wear my work boots instead of fire shoes. I was able to go so much faster in the desert too with feeling safe.

Have you ever marked your bolts to see if they are actually spinning loose? Could the bolts be stretching from the heavy impacts?
@RossGlave48026 ай бұрын
Yeah, I put cross check on every bolt, and some of the bolts get wire tied. What I think happens with the link bolts is that dirt/sand gets inside the heim joints where the mis alignment spacers are. Then they create friction and get stuck on the bolt itself, then when the suspension moves it spins the bolt. I just put extra anti sieze on on the heim insides and bolts to test if this will help with my theory.
