Hello, I wouldn't recommend using oil instead of butter... The creaming of butter and sugar is important to make the cake moist and soft. You can try and see if it works.

Catser sugar is superfine sugar.. Easier to cream for baking... Yea you can use salted butter and skip the salt

Wasnt a fan of the music but i appreciate the video length - 3 ingredients, whip, freeze shouldn't take 10 minute video like a lot of others. The recipe is something I can remember too. 1c heavy wh cream, 1/2 cup condensed milk, 1/4 cup cocoa powder. The plastic wrap under the lid was a nice hack too.
