Awesome! I don’t want to have boiling water and plastic anymore. The chemicals leech out of the plastic and ALL modern drip machines are mostly plastic. So back to the basics and glass and metal!

This isnt really comparable... it should be stainless vs carbon steel. Not cast iron.

I disagree with your opening statement. There is absolutely a wrong way to cut a mango. The first way I tried. Why I found this video.

Steel pan has like a full cup of oil in it. Cast iron looks like a spoon of oil. Also you didn't get a good crust on either steak. Your bone on the SS pan got some, but that's about it. Searing a steak is like when you're grilling for a sear. You want the pan preheated to a REALLY high temp before you slap the meat down. Then you finish in the oven, unless you're doing a reverse sear method.

Long story short. Cast iron is obselete and boomers dont like you saying that. Good nostalgia but they ignore reality and get emotional over it. Something is wrong with Boomers. They think their time on this planet was the perfect era and no past, future or present can compete smh

I only got to half way through this video. I think the up-to-down vote ratio speaks volumes. There is another use for cast-ion skillets that is not mentioned in the video, and that is to whack people you don't agree with over the head.

like it but more of a mess to clean. Whilst camping a drip pour with filters is good because you can just burn the filter and coffee grounds in the fire put whilst in the bush.

I don't understand all these hate comments. I followed his directions exactly & my husband said it was the best steak he had ever had. It was juicy, crispy, and fell apart easily. My husband LIVES off of steak so for him to say that, you know it's serious

@irishamerican455823 күн бұрын
@johnnyr2646 1 month ago Don't eat the skin FYI. It's got urushiol oil in it and if you're allergic to poison ivy and oak, the skin will cause you to break out in itchy rashes.
