Can you write on the gessoed pages when dried with a pen and or marker or does it have to be special pens/markers?

What are the cutting mats you used? I have the regular Gemimi. I sometimes use magnetic vent covers to cut dies. All of the plates cost too much.. And the hot water and cookie sheet is tiring.

Hi on the Gemini I have several other plates. A white one and rubber mat, don’t you use them with your dies and embossing? I might try self healing mats because the cutting plates bow easily and are expensive. Thanks though.xx

I hope to make some of these soon. Thank you for all the work you put into this video. You did an excellent job. Yes, there is always a right and wrong side of the fabric. I used to work in a garment factory and learned how to know the difference. Yes it is VERY hard to tell so most people don’t need to worry about it, but if you look at both sides in a well lit area you can see it. The right side is on the bolt, so i make an X on the wrong side,so I can keep it correct. You can use a stiletto at 50:40 to help tuck the towel in.

why would you use Cuttlebug plates? Company doesn't exist any more.

Sew the 4 by 8 piece in a quarter of an inch first and then place towel inside,pin and sew. Much easier now.😊

I have this very model and need to replace the large belt. Would you be able to give me any info on that at this time. I know this video was made some time ago, so I'm shooting in the dark maybe.
