The sponsor slot bit did me in. I might have done a little giggle wee! Not an angler, but bloody addicted to the channel bud. The editing, from a low rank YTer is bloody on point!

Hey there Carl, currently living in Australia and looking to start growing and keeping koi. I live in an area with a very varying climate (Negative degrees in winter and 40 degrees in summer). Do you have any tips to help, especially any suggestions for budget friendly heating and filtration?

Gotta say, I've ordered three Kiesel Vaders so far with zero issues. That's including the newish Multiscale trem on an 8 string. They're supremely practical instruments for the working musician and superbly playable. Everything else I own (and that's a lot) has been made redundant. Kiesel did had QC and CS issues in the past but have made great efforts to improve this in recent years. As for the Strandberg thing, i did try a load out before ordering my first Kiesel but was totally underwhelmed. The build quality was not comensurate with the price and not on a par with Kiesel. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big admirer of Ola and his designs but having played them I couldn't justify the price/quality ratio. I know totally made the right decision with the benefit of hindsight.

yeah get rid of those nasty carp discarded golfish so the more natural ones can survive catfish too ... hey what are you doing? ua lost another one now ya gotta re remove it! 😞 all that hard work to waste, unbelievable it would've been so easy to take out the garbage fish to donate to some animal shelters as there's really no other use for them

What I've concluded from these videos of Carl losing fish, and missing bites, is that he's a much better videographer and storyteller than he is angler.

I really enjoy watching all your videos great camera work great venues same with the narrating they come accross very watchable a lot better than any of the Korda videos ,maybe knowing that the arrogance of the Korda lads which has led them to be kicked off venues and even Danny getting knocked out on the bank says enough about they’re entitled attitude which does seem to feed through on some of the videos that I have partly watched just one tip please get some rod locks and bank sticks for the back of the rods seeing rods sometimes waving horizontal in mid air might be copied by less experienced anglers who haven’t,t set they’re reel drag right could be a costly mistake I can only see these vids getting better even though they are already on the mark leaving a carper itching to get out there👍👌
