Great talk. Shashwat's persona and experience being a CONULTANT can be seen and heard again and again and it is so TYPICAL of a Consultant. Loved it...Great way of structuring and constructing and deconstructing the situations and facts! Loved listening to Krishna and at times he appears under an interview pressure! :) Brilliant talk guys . Must listen for all HR folks. Sad to see just 145 views. This number is lesser than the listers from Are You In The List Awardees from People Matters :) What content are HR folks watching? I am disappointed!

I dont agree, people are first customer comes next , and your speech is customer centric and find it so conflicting , cultures is inside towards outside, culture sets an example how you want to do and what you want to do and eventually it gets the market place value
