I love oats and the organic, less processed options are ideal. However oats can have grain terpene or maybe mold affecting them. I became sensitive to that. I still love oats that are free of terps.

Very many of us kust cant manage all those heavy cookwares. That Le Creuset would cost me $325, and its not the quality ot used to mine. My big (very expensive) casserole 'spalled' the enamel, NOT chipped

I use my air fryer 2 or 3 times a week. It's a great way to cook with little to no oil. I love it

Dislike most of the 'epidemiological research' rationalised by theoretical mechanisms. For me, oats (traditional porridge) just make me super hungry 2hrs later. I dont get hungry before lunch if i dont eat breakfast. Do your own test. 'Highly debated in the nutrition world' , the formal/academic nutrition world has not done us well over the last 50 years. Saturated fat is no longer a 'nutrient of concern' and i dont WANT to lower my LDL

I didn‘t think like that of the starch juice/oat milk actually. I‘m wondering how you think about the fact that the cows milk is actually not for humans but baby cows…? Super cool that you talk about the nut milks, I‘m a hudge fan!

I've been on the carnivore diet for seven days now, and I'm still fat. The blurry vision has gone away, though.

I'm on day 40 of the keto/carnivore diet - I lost 8 pounds of fat and probably added some muscles along the way. Eliminating carbs and sugars was the missing link in my journey to get 15% bf. I'm not counting calories anymore - eating as much as I want- no more inflammation, no more stabbing knee pain when I ride bike

When I eat beans, the next day, I have good bowel movements. Feel good. The fiber in beans feeds the good bacteria in my intestines and expel toxins from my body. 😊

Dr said 100g of beans. Is it cooked ? How many cups is 100 g of cooked bean? One cup? I love this channel. It is respectful to the viewers and it is relaxing to watch.

I make a 40 species tree and herb leaf tea which we drink daily mixed into a 14 different powdered organic spice, morninga, turmeric Brahmi et. al. Recently started structuring the tea water before consuming, wow Your humm response to the said message is identical to the humming happy Zebu cows and bulls make to their calves or liked human caregivers…the positive vibration of good energy emitted by your humm enables the voice message to be heard Thank you for the black cumin and cardamom spices I will added to our structured water tropical fruit leaf tea🐸 Excellent discussion

I’ve been using a ton of spices over the last few years thanks to podcasts such as this one. I’m a 61-year-old woman and my doctor is concerned about my very low white blood count. Could certain spices cause this? I never get sick, knock on wood!

Turmeric is bad for kidney health. Take it in moderation. Also its useless unless combined with black pepper. Cinnamon is also bad for kidneys. Moderation!

I took 1 tbs in my cup of black chai tasted delicious. Please only mix the vinegar in your cup NOT in the tea jug. This recipe makes 10 glasses of chai to drink all day - Enjoy! Recipe: Mix all the following in a 10 cup tea pot or jug 10 glasses boiled water 4 black tea bags (leave in) - add more if you like it darker 1/4 tsp cardamom 1/4 tsp ginger 1/8 tsp cloves 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Re cleaning cloths - clean cotton rags work just as well! Old towels, sheets, curtain linings, t-shirts - if a tiny scrap burns to ash, not a hard plastic bead, it's a natural fibre, so don't just chuck it away, rip it into rags for cleaning! Can also be washed or even boiled for proper hygiene, hung out to dry & re-used time & again.
