Since you don't have experience in Business Analysis, you are eligible for ECBA. For CCBA, you need 3 years of experience in Business Analysis

You can if your work does include 7500 hrs of BA work in the last 7 years. Also, CBAP will also be good if you are already familiar with the BA work. But if you are completely new to BA activities, then CBAP may not help that much. For you, we suggest that you start with learning BA skills (If you are not fully conversant) and then try and get the role change in your own organization. Then later, you can go for CBAP.

There are several certifications in SAP. But considering you are a BA, you would like to become a Functional consultant. So you choose modules like FICO etc. to learn SAP. If you have not done any previous jobs, getting a PM job is possible through the placement in your MBA. But I would advise to work for a few years before getting into managing a team.

I have 4 years of experience in procurement & 3.3 years of experience as a SME in Amazon which is kind of more like a BA roles & responsibilities. In order to switch to a BA title/role my relevant experience is not much releated to service sector BA role. So I'm planning to take CBAP examination but the eligibility should be 5 years of related BA experience which I don't have. Can you help me how to approach this?

You don't need to wait for CBAP, you can go for CCBA (3 years exp). But more than the certification, you need to learn the BA skills, techniques and methodologies needed and that's a must. In India, freelancing is not a very good option. But Entrepreneurship is definitely you can try. Though what you are asking for - consulting. For that you need to have experience. So my suggestion is to work for a few years before doing that.

Passing any exam requires 50% contribution of the program/training/course material and 50% contribution of the aspirant. So, no training program can guarantee your success without your contribution. Any good CBAP prep program from any EEP will be good enough to pass CBAP exam.

You can start with Scrum Master as it may provide you the salary, you are expecting. But for the long term, Business Analyst is the skillset to go for. That you can learn after you get started as SM. These days Scrum Masters also double up as Project Managers. Because this role requires maturity to handle the intergroup coordination and also process complian for the team
