If you played POE and reached the end game to juice some maps and run contents , you know that we need alien computing power to run this game properly and smoothly :D so no matter how big of a gaming setup you have , you are going to get 10fps at some points lol

What exactly does movement skill cdr do here ? Also cant you use reduced duration support instead of empower on lightning warp ? Which saves you some skill points and lets you run a better ring ? Well better question is, if you had infinite budget like in 50+ mirrs how would you approach this build ?

A1: MV cdr is our spender, so we need to be adjust to server tic, /0.1 sec) so we need wrap to have that cdr, /153 % CDR A2: no, is less duration support, we need decrease, because less it multiply, making the skill effect less, but never 0, when u have such a small skill effect less does nothing, and we need instat wrap or it lags behind. So the ring is a must sadly. A3: maybe solve defences, cant make it work to run t17, another improvement is going for the adorned int stacking. But helmet slot its a must too, so not great returns. More mana = more dmg. Maybe a better +1 charge ring. And double corrupts implicit on everything.
