I love these types of videos. I play them in the background and it calms me.❤

Now, that we're parked here, by the sea, let's have some of that fried chicken & potato salad with an ice-cold soda pop! Later, we'll have some cake. This is a great trip! Pass those pork rinds up here.

I went away for a few minutes. Is that the same white car ahead of us that's been in front of us for miles & miles? I'm starting to think they might know someone in our car.

P.S. I love it when you go off asphalt or whatever they make highways out of :D

Oh my stars. Here is another must see in person. If the Badlands were once covered by an ancient ocean this would be great topography. And if it was, did the ocean retreat before Yellowstone erupted over 600,000 years ago? That would explain why it was easy for the ashfall to cover so many prehistoric animals in that Museum in Nebraska. And could we find traces of that eruption in the layers of sandstone in the Badlands. Oh the questions. That place is a armchair geologists dream. Thank you. :D

I didn’t know it existed until I stumbled upon it. They were filming a movie on it and I had to wait for about 20 minutes. At first I couldn’t understand why they were filming in that location, then I drove on it and was blown away. No video does it justice.

My home town. Unfortunately, it’s not what it once was. Decades of one-party, progressive rule have resulted in New Mexico being rated as 49th of the 50 states for quality of life, and 50th out of 50 states for the quality of its public schools. Central Avenue, once one of the busiest Main Streets in America, is now a no-man’s-land of homeless encampments, drug addicts, trash, and filth. On the positive side, the addicts, homeless, crime, violence, awful schools, and blatant public corruption have kept the cost of living low.

Jesus, slow down. What are you driving so fast for?
@adventuretheater49383 ай бұрын
Cruise on the speed limit at most, and often under. Always take my time, really enjoyed the drive. I'm never a fast driver, I despise them. Wide angle lens always gives the illusion of going fast. Thanks for watching.

Yellow grass?? Is it hay? I only see that in CA...
@adventuretheater49384 ай бұрын
It's so dry in some parts of California the grass goes dormant. Not enough moisture for it to absorb. But it can turn green again if a big rain happens. Interesting stuff!

Hi I am from Puerto Rico, we have a tiny section in the southeast that looks a bit like this, I want to do the entire coast from LA to Astoria. Was told and confirmed with Google Maps that a large section between LA and SF including part or all of Big Sur is closed apparently until September so I want to go in October. I am viewing the southbound route here to do the northbound in real time.

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. You were driving so fast & not showing anything at the pulloffs? What's up with all of your background noise? Windows down???? Im planning on visiting in June 2024.
@adventuretheater49385 ай бұрын
Was just a scenic drive. Unfortunately I did not film anything at the pull offs. I always mount my camera on the outside of the car to get better picture quality and reduce glare. Thank you for watching. It's a beautiful area.
