Hello, I see you still use this account on yt, i have one question to you, did you still have any datasheet/plans/dimensions of this powerbox ? I want to build one by myself but every links or picture what i see on internet is dead :(

How did you manage to increase the fuel pressure? There is any fuel regulator that can be mounted in the stock x14xe-x16xe fuel rail and has more pressure than the stock opel one?

Sbd in blighty weld there exhaust ports on this engine then take material from the top of Port, so taking material from bottom of Port isn't good for Flow? If you flow tested that head I bet it flows less than Standard!

Hey man i got a couple of questions. I am doing exactly this and i need advice about shape of exhaust ports. Should i completely grind off the round bit to get shape like yours and just change the manifold too? At the moment i just enlargened the hole to the size of the seal. And also, what kind of gains are we talking about?

@Kisiel888 yes.engine swap is cheaper and easier,if!the new engine is in good shape .. everyone can make an engine swap to gain power ... but that's not what tuning is all about :)

@meth3288 Thank You for reply ;) I think that, the best simply things for me will be swap engine for 2.0 150hp from GSI;) The best time in acceleration 0-100 on mantzel i reached in 7,6second ;) You Have engine 16XE and this is 110hp? My XEL have cylinder head from engine 1.4 16V and reach 101hp - on opel forums people reach in this engine about 125hp and tune ecu with piggy, change exhaust and cold air, ported cylinder head - cost equal to buy 2.0 16V gsi:)

@Kisiel888 actually .. it is very interesting how you mange to make launch control on your astra but ask me about revs :) ... anyway ... the car's ECU had been MAPed , and the rev limiter was set @ 7.200 rpms ... before the map , the engine was running with a chip , that I bought from a .. forum friend with raised rev limiter :) ... it is that simple .. / program module -> chip -> set the rev limiter higher /c16xe/x16xe/x16xel/ mat 7.500 .. higher is too ... dangerous ;)

meth3288 - I have the 16XEL in Astra F - but my revs is about 6500, how I may unlocked revs? I have another ECU to 16XEL for test but i must unlock immo ;)

@meth3288 not verry expensive..also not so cheap ..:) did the gas consumption went higher?

@KonfusedMind the tuning costs ... when the video was made ... 200+euro for the mantzel copie that I made myself .. the 57mm straight pipe , made to fit the curves 40euro .. 50euro ECU chip ... but that is the old setup ..

how much did the engine tuning costs? have u done some maping to the computer to ?

@MoRtReD28 виж сега .. твоя може и да отваря на 100%,а може и да не отваря .. докато не се замери няма как да знаем .. моя отваряше на 60% със зверски услия,като понаучиш конфигурацията на х16хе мотора ще осъзнаеш че неможеш да сложиш какъвто и да е по-голям дросел на него :)

@meth3288 и от къв зор си му сложил електронна клапа от z18xe аз буткам такъв мотор и незнам да неможе да се отваря повече от 60 .. но знам че за да тръгне трябва да си го натиснеш додоло иначе нестава. същото е и при други .. а дросела на тоя мотор е по-голям от х16хе и кажи речи 60% от него е все 1 си си със 100% на оригиналния..

@MoRtReD28 този клип е сниман когато колата беше с дросел от 1.8екотек на който TPS-a просто неможеше да отчете повече от 60% отворен дросел,това установиха маперите които настройваха мотора .. сега дросела е от двигател v6d1 и проблема е изчистен .. нещо да кажеш ? :)

и как прецени че е на 60% (rofl) аз пък ще ти кажа че няма начин да набере така ако е и на 70 че дори и 80% .. тва 1.6 с тея тротлета колко коне да е и 200 да е ако не се натисне докрай няма да набере след 140 - 150

@KonfusedMind .. everything is custom made .. except the piston rings , bearings , timing belt ... so ... even if i gave you price's .. they wouldn't do you any good :) ..
