It might be ok to be upset with someone and is a very normal emotion for anyone. But here another normal question I wonder about- Is it more ok to be so upset that you forget being human and become cool knowing the fact that someone out there might be going through suffering, regret, grief, and lot more, perhaps stemming from the emotions that are within you? Is that a consciously right choice to make for any person? Is closing eyes and ears, ignoring someone’s suffering more important than forgiveness, giving and getting peace? In other words, is being upset more important than being human? We all tend to learn from the influencers in our life (consciously or unconsciously). We constantly learn how one should lead life and learn valuable life lessons from our own as well as other’s experiences. What life lesson would you want someone to learn from you? And what do you intend to teach/share when you become an influencer?

@ArvindSarin
@ArvindSarin 6 күн бұрын
In Sri Lanka, October can have a mix of weather. The southwest coast and hill country might see rain and humidity, while the northeast is starting its rainy season. Central areas like Kandy can be cooler with some rain. Even though there can be rain, you'll also find sunny days, so it's a good idea to be ready for different weather if you're visiting in October.

I think that's true. Already in democracy there were differences in thoughts about the dictatorship, currently after the social outbreak of 2019 is difficult to talk about politics without becoming rude. I'm not saying that everyone is like that but it's something that I've been able to see, sometimes myself have fallen into not tolerating certain speeches. Hard to explain

The guide was following safety guidelines,turists put themselves in danger flashing expensive phones or cameras. The Chileans are not rude we are straight forward and unapologetic. On the other hand in most places is considered highly rude to discuss,wages,politics and religion and you did all of those. We are very civilised and it’s common for foreigners to arrive with a superiority complex and criticise what they don’t understand.🇨🇱🇦🇺

You met one rude chilean guy and then say "chileans are borderline rude" but i found rude to insult people like the one who helped you taking you from the airport to the city, just because you were not treated the way you like in a city tour in Santiago. 2nd thing is that you talk too much about history and politics, but it is really rude when someone with no idea about our history makes a lot of false statements about our country. To be honest, we are tired of foreigners with such vanity or ego judging our culture and our society when the only thing they have is a short trip and a couple of biased documentaries. Please, if you go to other countries, limit yourself and talk about your experiences there and not things you do't know.

Sorry to see this … besides this did you ever felt unsafe on the streets of Rio and were there any robbery instances you heard of it or you were about to encounter … what would be your suggestion for a solo traveler to Rio ?? And also if one wants to explore south America can you suggest some safe cities to travel which are worth going ???
@ArvindSarin
@ArvindSarin 18 күн бұрын
Yes, I’ve heard about other robbery cases in Rio. To stay safe, especially as a solo traveler, always keep your important things like gadgets and money in a safe place. Be mindful of your bags and avoid areas that seem risky. When you’re at a party, keep an eye on your drink and don’t invite strangers back to your hotel. If you’re looking for safe cities to explore in South America, I’ve made a video with some recommendations. Check it out here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pd-idK11mJbShp8.html

We paid around 7 million dongs (~$300 USD) for a 4-day stay in Hanoi, right by the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake. It might seem high, but this Airbnb had a prime location in the city center and included a few amenities that made our stay more comfortable. While you can definitely find cheaper places around $30 per night, especially in less central areas or budget hotels, we chose this place for its convenience and the overall experience. Hope this helps explain why we spent that amount!

The two buttons on the toilet is actually a bad thing. Due to the reduced amount of water used for the small 'pee' button the pipes tend to clog up more often, leading to plumbers having to use an even greater amount of (pressurised) water to clean the pipe than you would've used had you simply stuck to using more water for flushing (i.e. the big button).
