While it's on, i would lean back the machine to see if the brushroll turns on, if so then it's a dead vacuum motor.

Just besides it being clogged And not having a good Smell It's a really good condition And it's really easy to get rid of that smell Simply replace the half a filter and then disassemble the cyclone and wash the filter and some warm soapy water and that will get rid of the scent And then after the eye after stride I recommend putting in some Sent beads
