She shot this video to sell her own product. the images are specially created for the mockup. you cannot do what she describes in the video in any image. you have to make that image suitable for the mockup in the photoshop application.

Hi, I bought this, followed all instructions, but on final video, my design does not turn/wrap with the mug. The mug does, but not the design. I did right clock on hmy design , clicked 'layer', 'to back'. Also, can you change the color of the mug? Most of my mugs are two tone? And black?

I can't get my background to show at the front, when I drag and drop a background in it goes behind , if I drag the front layer away it brings back my tumbler picture to the front 😢

Could you go into a little more detail on this process? I have an image that when I try and set it to the size of my tumbler it says the canvas is smaller than the image and it crops some of it. I'm brand new to photoshop.

same here... hate that the seam is visable... also upon the end of rotation its glitches and shows a blank white tumbler. Otherwise very easy to use and I love that you included 20 backgrounds!

Mine leaves a space between the two images. Is there a standard size to use for the image? It's sized for one of the brands of tumblers I stock.

Step 1 add tumber element to a background Step 2 save the image Step 3 upload the saved image and with edit photo option , erase the tumbler Step 4 add your graphic picture and move over the tumbler as shown in the video Step 5 bring erased picture over the top , graphic photo 2nd layer , and the first image last layer Step 6 play and see the difference

Just curious as to why after merging the images together, you duplicate the layer and delete the original layer???

Good question! You don’t have to do this step if you just save your design. I sometimes resize my canvas to see how it looks tiled so I like to have an exact cut swatch if that makes sense.
