The taxes rates all vary a little for every community and builder. For this plan at Anthem the tax rate is 2.69 according to the builder.

It's possible to add a sink for a TBB, but we would need to check with the builder. If they have one that is already completed, then most likely not. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss. I'm happy to help.

It's a single story. The elevation on this floor plan does make it look like a 2 story from the front.
