On day 12 in my period.my follicle size is 13 mm .i give injury to ovulate.with this size can I get pregnant,i had two miscarriages

My partner & i have just begun IVF...baseline went well, bloodwork was great, but todays sono was confusing & a little discouraging as the nurse had trouble viewing her follicles as their was either an endometrioma or ovarian cyst obstructing her view making it difficuit to get a good visual of those follicles, so the nurse concluded the sono until the doctor directed her on what our next step would me. My partner does has stage 4 endemetriosis & started stims 5 days ago, based on your knowledge could this be the result of an endemetriosis flare up from all the meds making it impossible to see her progress? Before beginning...our doctor did not want to do surgery risking an already low as it is egg reserve. Are there other ways around this obstruction, at best delaying our egg retrieval?

I have the same issue for years. Secondary infertility. Spotting very early 19,20,21 starts and then continues until full period day 26. I am have advanced maternal age and it is as blamed on egg quality. However, I know 2 friends who are the same age and they have robust luteal phases with no deficiency. When I take a good quality Chasteberry (Vitex) 3 days after ovulation and throughout luteal phase it stops the spotting. But, I still haven’t conceived yet. I still would want to try this HCG later in cycle to see if this helps to conceive. Thank you!

What to do if I ovulate before 36 hours, wehivh is before the egg retrieval. I had 7 follicles good mature size follicles, but ended up with only 2 eggs retrieved. Can I do additional ganirelix injection to stop the ovulation the next day after the trigger?
