Are you sure that your staff "Complete Care" Because I have stayed at Centara Sonrisa and the broken glass was set up in the room. It's means the housekeeping is not check and clean mini bar after the previous guest cheked out.

Outstanding and please post a drone flyover once the gardens are completed and once the staff 'uniforms' are issued, it will give us great joy to see everyone all decked out

Nice hotel but close to hard Rock Cafe which didn't worry me. Only had 1 elevator only holds 8 people or 550kg, Very slow sometimes,
