Boss, please add some data to your conversation. Because what ever you are saying is still very vague, even in 2024. Salaries cant anyways be matched if people switches from BLR to KOL, forget about hikes. The standard of work is still degraded. There is a lot lot more time needed for KOL to come upto BLR, HYD, NOIDA, GGN standards. You possibly do not know what standards premium indian IT is currently delivering. I am a Bengali working as an Engineering Manager at one of the worlds largest product based orgs in BLR, I know the difference. Lot more to catch up.
