Bought one - hoping to replace SR10s for our marshalling group. Connected radio to Sena/Shoei helmet but couldn’t connect PTT at the same time. Could connect PTT or the helmet but not both. Had to send it back. Anyone else have this problem?

I've had SPOT for several years, no problem with it until I asked them to cancel the emergency towing service add-on ($39.99 annual fee). Two weeks before I was to be billed again for it I called SPOT to cancel this towing service. Two weeks after I made that call I noticed I was billed $39.99 for another year of the towing service that I had already cancelled! So I called again and they said it's normal for their billing department (who they do not allow their customers talk to), to take 10 business days just to start working on the cancellation and from there it will take 10 more business days to get the refund. I kid you not, this is exactly what she said. Now, this person I was talking to was not the customer service rep who originally took the call. That guy told me it will take up to 20 business days to get my refund. Yes, 20 business days. 1 whole month. Needless to say, I was livid. While keeping my calm, I asked for the supervisor (the person I talked to in the first paragraph above). The best she could do after I explained in great detail how incredibly horrible their customer service was for my situation, was to send the billing department an email to "expedite" my refund. I told her how very convenient it is for her to be able to just throw up her hands and blame the billing department who obviously does this to hang on to customer funds as long as possible to gain interest on it. I've had AT&T cell phone service so I know how bad customer service can get, but this takes the cake. I now regret ever getting a SPOT device. They don't deserve my business, (nor anyone else's IMO).

When does someone say.. Okay I definitely need to change my fuel filter. Is it I'd it's cracked or broken and spraying fuel in the tank. Honest question. Because my bike started running horrible and I notice fuel now sprays around in my tank.

When you say "hey Siri" it almost sounds like the Sena is trying to respond first. I wonder if it might work better if you disabled voice commands on the Sena.

Where abouts do I get this Bluetooth unit from? Or the name of the unit?

I'm thinking, why do they put the filter into the high pressure hose (the hose which is directly connected to the pump), instead of the low pressure hose (the one that goes out of the tank). In that case, there would be less pressure on the fuel filter that we all know has a cracking issue, probably from very high pressure. What do you think K ?

Great vid, will hopefully be re-watching this as I replace mine this weekend. Died in the middle of the bush the other day - 3 hrs of pushing uphill with red raw blistered heels and a strap tow from a mate the last km. Hoping this is the fix (2017 KTM 500 w/253hrs 12000km - wasn't ridden for a month). Cheers

I have the Reckless 10L on my 2020 ktm 500 and I love it, but I was looking at getting either the Reckless 10 or 40 for my 2024. Is the Reckless 40 to big for day rides or is the 40 only necessary for multi-day trips?

I do not have a motorbike but a casual human-powered mountain bike. Have had issues with the X2 recording some 10 or 15 seconds when riding - just wondering if it is indeed the vibration that shuts the thing down. I also have the first of the series, ONE X, and do not have any problems with it in any vibration condition. I just hope they would have stated that vibration issue in the web shop in the first place… I wonder if I can get my X2 changed at warranty asi I do not have much use for a camera that shuts down when there’s vibration…
