Fremont is a mid to high mid class area mostly immigrants. It is safe, have excellent weather, expensive and boring as hell if you are a single person. However it is central to the three central areas of the Bay area. Central to the 3 airports too. If you are single do not come to Fremont. If you are foodie it is your place specially if you like ethnic food. In some things the video woman is exaggerating some of the good parts. There is just not much to do here and the city or the cities around do not have central areas you can call down town. There is nothing. Actually other than San Francisco and to a lesser part Oakland and minimal part San Jose, there is not a place you can call central in the entire bay area.

I just got back from fremont, 2024. What a disgusting shithole. Witnessed a car robbery in broad daylight. Weeds overgrown, trash all over the freeway, trash on streets,no pride whatsoever, just a dump. Thank you for ruining the fremont i once loved. Shame on fremont

There's only one pro to living in Oakland. Just about any place you move to afterwards is an improvement.

Why are houses and living in Los Altos so expensive?

These are the kinds of videos we DONT need! Our city USEDto be affordable, with rent and home prices being more in line with Stockton wages. With all the influx of bay area people moving to our city, our rent and home prices have skyrocketed, and us people that were born and raised here can no longer afford to buy in our own city. Landlords have become greedy, raising rents knowing that only bay area people can afford it, not us Stocktonians. Aside from that, our city looks like garbage now with all these transplants. Us that were born and raised here take pride in our city, but now all these new people couldnt give a rats ass. Our city looks like crap now. Homeless encamptments are taking over, when we didnt have that before. A 2 bedroom apartment used to be about $800, but now? $1200 and up. Stop pushing people to our city!!! All yountransplants already ruined it for people born and raised here, thanks alot!!
