The sunlight has vitamin D3 which is important for both physical health and mental health. It helps you feel good. Also it is important to walk often outside and it is healthier then jogging and running. When jogging or running a person must slow down for a few minutes before stopping or it will shock the body. I found myself prioritizing my own needs less and less over a 2 year relationship. Eventually most of my actions were driven from a place of fear - fear of losing the relationship. I had already been down the whole colored pill debate, back when the advice was simple, go to gym, be aloof, generally keep your women at an arms-length, and prioritize yourself. Fairly solid advice back in 2016. What it has turned into today is a mockery. I heard a quote, from a "Sisyphus 55" video, "Do you want to be loved or do you want to be yourself?" Many of us spend a lot of time fabricating a mask. A mask that can't ever truly display our emotions, fully, and vulnerably. But isn't real love finding the "unlovable" things about someone and appreciating them? Isn't that what we all wish for, if we were to grow old with someone? It's better to be yourself, and willingly take the risk of saying, doing, or being the wrong person for someone - because how else will you find the person who loves everything you find unlovable about yourself? Better that than someone loving your mask you desperately try to adhere to your face. Thanks for the video.

Best way I’ve found out is to tell her that she’s the most important thing to you in the world, but your actions are would say otherwise. You know you prioritise your purpose and goals over everything!

I couldn’t figure a good way to ask a women to get STI tested or confirm she doesn’t have hepatitis, warts or herpes.. once I risked it a few times I finally figured too risky and no way to ask them to test so I just gave up on all that.
