Hey y’all starting off 90kg /200 pounds ima be updating every day to track progress and weight loss. I’m also doing a meal cut of 1000 calories a day and plenty of water. I’ll update y’all tmrw I’m gonna aim for twice a day!

For every skinny person wanting to gain weight: 1. Do this exercise 2. Drink milk 3. Limit junk-food 4. Eat 3-5 meals a day 5. Stay on your bed! I mean walk for 5-10 mins after meal and like walk but don't walk too much without any reason bcs walking makes you lose weight. (Optional)💌 I hope this helps and i will write more tips after some research! ☺️🌷 Good luck bestiesssss🎀

Hey! Guys so I’ll do this for 14 days and let you all know my progress! I am 5’6 weigh 80kgs, Besides doing this exercise I make sure to walk 14-15k steps daily and I drink 2.5L water approx.I am also following 18:6 IF and my calorie intake is 1500 calories and I make sure to have balanced meal. I am Indian so basically I cannot live without rice so I most probably daily have 125gms of cooked brown rice,Instead of just switching my entire diet I am inculcating alternatives that are healthier like instead of paneer I am having Tofu,Instead of whole wheat chapati I am having oats roti, Exchanging normal milk with low fat milks etc .Trying to have more fruits and veggies too! I also do 20 reps Russian twist, 20 Reps of Bridge gap, 20 reps of Crunches,20 Dog pose.15 side bends each leg(30 total) Sw:80kgs(1st June,2024) Day1)Done✅Was sweating profusely (Not that tough for me coz I am habitual of doing exercises) Day2)Done✅(Little bit easy ) Day3) Day4) Day5) Day6) Day7) Day8) Day9) Day10) Day11) Day12) Day13) Day14) Like to remind guys😭💕 We all got this

Guys does this work? Im only 15 but im already a size 36 D but im not plus sized and it makes me really uncomfortable and i hate older men looking at them so i wanna do it and mabye get a B or C. Wish me luck!
