Not broken the shirt is on the neck it needs to be below it. The collar should be the only thing on the neck. You need to fix that asap before you keep activating it because it will eventually break like this by putting stress on the motor.

I took the head off completely and it was still doing that I had to rebuild the entire mechanism

Mine started having those clicking issues, but when I put the screw on his neck and tilted his head, i ended up fixing it
