And every year we have a fan meeting concert called caratland, each year in caratland they do unit switch, which is each unit take another unit's song and perform it or change in it to suite them. And vocal unit usually go for a fun and crazy ver of these songs. So check in is hiphop unit song and they change it to chicken and did that w jeonghan and the octopus is a pun in performance unit song's name which sounds i think like big octopus so they did that and there is more of that crazyness😂. For the octopus one, it's because the song is called 'MOONWALKER' - so they had a joke where they brought out Seungkwan dressed as an octopus (octopus = "mun-eo" in Korean) just so that they could make a "muneo-lker" pun (sounds like "moonwalker"). Similar for Jeonghan in the chicken costume - the song is called 'Check In' but they made a pun of 'chicken' instead. The lyrics of the chorus include "I check in, _____ city" (include a city name) and "I check in, I check in" which they swapped for "Chicken, Jeonghan chicken!" Again, just because 'check in' and 'chicken' sound kinda similar 🤣

Because Dino is the maknae, the members tease him by wishing him "happy birthday" on children's day even though it's literally not his birthday lmao. It's just teasing him like he's still a "kid" because he's the youngest in the group lol. Anad technically they starte it when they were trainees and Dino was only 14 (Korean age) so he was a kid at the time. Similarly, they also saw a cot (like for babies to sleep in) and said "here is Dino's bed" (who was already an adult then lmao) 💀
