The problem I found with the brussel sprouts is that they're either overcooked or undercooked when I buy them.

The Mexican cheese melts well and tastes really good melted.

Mix TJ's precooked lentils, spinach (fresh or froze), sliced almonds, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and Italian dressing. Eat hot or cold.

Do the Symbiotic Plus supplements have gelatin capsules?

Are you working with something else besides KZfaq? Just interested... It's funny! I just made strawberry sorbet in my ice cream machine yesterday. I bought fresh strawberries from the store. It's so easy to make! Just boil equal amounts of water and sugar, mix with fresh strawberries and maybe fresh mint. Then just let it roll in the ice cream machine.

Bought the crackers and granola today..to try. Loved the granola and BIG rasperberries. The crackers are cheezy but thought they were a little dry. Trying to figure out what to eat them with. As always, love seeing you both and the content❤

With the Kimbap, I put a slice of pink sushi ginger (I buy in a jar), and dip it in soy sauce, just like at the sushi restaurant. Really yummy that way.
