this video is not intended for children? i think this is absolutely perfect for children... people used to hang house key around kids necks and send them off to play and they always came back for dinner time. lets be honest; if kids cant handle a hot glue gun, then they arent going to survive as adults

Love how you can keep the pieces on the sewing machine and continue sewing other pieces together! I literally have to relay everything out again so I know what step I’m on 😂🫤

There is a Pullman pan recipe. I have used a regular bread recipe that yields 2 loaves.
@silvermoon34862 ай бұрын
I use a pan like that sometimes for a long cinnamon bread that I make on a long roll. I let my bread rise more b4 baking & I usually use sourdough starter & not yeast. Just me. I really like my Pullman type pan but I don’t use lids on mine 😊❤👍🏼. Nice experiment 😊❤👍🏼
@IdaIda-ur8vx2 ай бұрын
You need 600g of flour for that size of Pullman loaf

I bought a doll approximately 1/12 in scale. I would like to make clothes for her in the style that I am interested in wearing. This lets me see approximately how it looks. So far she has a lovely woollen cape. I love the jeans she is wearing and would enjoy a tutorial on how you made them. Thank you.
@HandmadeHappenings3 ай бұрын
I actually didn't make those jeans. They came with an older Barbie doll.

I always make my own lard, and this method sounds promising. I use the trimmings from my cuts of pork, however.
@HandmadeHappenings4 ай бұрын
I've never thought of that. Do you do it a little at a time or freeze it until you have enough for a larger batch?
@janeknisely43834 ай бұрын
@@HandmadeHappenings I freeze every scrap that I cut of a pork butt and throw it in the freezer. Creates enough lard for my excellent refried beans. God bless.

Quick question on the button hole stitch. I know when you use a sewing mechanic you let it make the button hole and the cut the fabric in between the threads to create the hole. Would you then for doing the stitches by hand cut the space for the button before stitching it up? I don’t know if that makes sense
@HandmadeHappenings9 ай бұрын
Yes. You cut the opening first when doing a buttonhole by hand.

Not going to lie that’s actually a really fun idea! I feel like these would be fun socking stuffers.
