I only have experience with the Bambu printers at my work and they’re amazing. You can barely see the layer lines in most prints and it’s very user friendly. Already welded it up. I haven’t had issues with filling gaps with weld, thought I’m sure using filler rod is probably better

There doesn’t seem to be anything inside the resonator thing, but I’ll check with a flashlight to be sure.

It’s commonly called a rod end or heim joint

This one could be heat or a/c depending on the time of day in the spring or fall lol

I’m wondering how it’ll sound, I’ve never had a true divided turbo setup before. I always made a merge and just welded the pipes to it, this will be separate right to the turbo. Plus it has one long tube and one short tube header lol it’s all over the place

I haven’t had any issues with stainless to be honest, but I use flux core on a MIG welder. It’s definitely different than using a TIG, it seems to be very forgiving

This will be the first time I’ll have a completely stainless exhaust system, usually it’s fence post and rusty exhaust off other cars haha

Yes I wire brushed it before welding and then had to wire brush it again before welding

@@StationroadRatrods apparently autocorrect didn’t like V-band. I’ve never used them myself. I have had a few buddies with some fancy BMW exhausts use them.

@Jordy-927 they’re so easy to use, but gotta watch out you don’t roll the threads on the stainless bolts. They’re awful for that

@@StationroadRatrods you animal! I'm trying to find the right trans fill tube. Got two both wrong... Hopefully got the right one today. Finish the trans up and get a shortened rear driveshaft and make the first one long. Get closer tho. Happy Monday man
