Tihina in its literal translation is "silence", so putting that into a literal English translation would be "quiet"; but I see how it could be confusing, and you would be right about the area they are stationed in but the video was a general (and not so specific) look at naval diving units.

@@STURMMANN16 I did use Google Translate, and I was explaining that the clip that featured the American federal agents was because it was a duel operation between the US and Bulgarian authorities (under the direction of Europol/EuroJust). It is quite normal to see two or more different agencies working alongside each other, and could mean in this case that the person being arrested has a warrant for his arrest set by a US agency but in coordination with local forces. Hopefully this answer helped.

@@RPG7Military I mean GDBOP has organized crime in it's name (Главна Дирекция за борба с организираната престъпност) and it's main purpose is combating organized crime .NGL you didn't include a single SOBT clip in the video

@@STURMMANN16 1:09, SOBT during a hostage boarding and retaking exercise; though uniforms are "military police" SOBT uses very similar uniforms with near enough the same weaponry. Anyways, this edit was made a year ago and only just recently uploaded so it wasn't originally intended to become public (as a sort of project per say). I have better content, a maybe a remaster of this edit, on the way soon.
