Yes, Gameboy is used here as a clock source for Subharmonicon, midi sequencer for DFAM and an instrument for playing melody.

Thank you!🙌🏻 The arp comes from IM-46, but it is sequenced from LSDJ via Arduinoboy🙂 Yes, this is Bastl Bestie and I absolutely can recommend it as a compact and simple, yet robust and powerful portable solution.

Sure! Basically, the Subharmonicon plays a 4-chord sequence, which is passed through the effects chain. The DFAM plays an 8-step percussion loop (clicks + chirps). And IM-46 plays an arpeggio sequence from Gameboy with LSDJ via Arduinoboy midi-interface. Everything is mixed with the Bastl Bestie mixer attached to the Subharmonicon. Thanks for listening!🙏❤

But in the metamodern tradition it is possible to sincerely believe that something unrealistic can actually happen (while at the same time knowing that it can’t). This oscillation between the fact (Autistic) and the hope (Champion) is quite similar to something I tried to express with this track.

The sound goes from Microtonic app via headphone output to Gen Loss MK-II > Thermae > Rev Mode C > Habit > Compressor MK-II > Scarlett audio interface > Ableton Live > laptop speakers. The midi clock goes from the Arduino master clock into the SmartClock Gen3, then splits to Habit, Rev Mode C and Thermae delay pedals. And sometimes the virtual midi also travels from Ableton Live to Microtonic.

@@handheldgrooves да, но я не использовал семплирование, а записывал с него звук напрямую, чтобы сохранить аутентичность. можете найти "чёрно-белый бегемот - больше всего я ненавижу", если интересно послушать. я сыграл на нём вступление (довольно неровно, но посчитал это нужным).
