I have some friend work in travel industry and they said the worth tourist not Chinese but Indian. They was stink and act out of this world by pay a little money as possible but demand high level services.

I went on holiday to India twice, in 2003 and 2004. Both times I stayed in New Delhi before moving up to the Himalayas. I have to confess, this city was the dirtiest I've ever seen. The city generates an incredible 10,000 to 14,000 tons of garbage daily. At best, perhaps 8,000 tons of that is disposed of properly. The rest has to go somewhere - and alleyways, streets, parks and even ancient monuments are common dumping grounds. Everywhere you look there are piles upon piles of fetid, rotting trash. This is New Delhi folks!
