"Block hole" aka gigantic TV in the room as a focal point is an eye sore ... There are tasteful ways to disguise it , however, at least turn it on , place some scenery picture while making a photography or video.

I liked that you walked through and let us see the entire room. Many videos I've seen go through each individual piece of furnishing and I never see the actual rooms fully. This was nice, vibrant, and eclectic with a lot of rhythm.
