In my mind, it could stand for Karl really caring about Rose, or his grief and despair from everything that has happened to him in his life, and the despairation he feels to be free from it! Well not really, it depends on how you see their dynamic *if Ethan would've join him* lol. I personally think it's a great ship. Every ship in resident evil is toxic at this point. And we all know it. Even Mia and Ethan were kinda toxic (and they were literally married) 😶

@@ionelalexandra If that were to happen it probably would’ve been a friendly way. After all, Ethan has a wife, and he is faithful to her. Also, Wintersberg is way more toxic sense they tried to kill each other and Ethan obviously hates him. Ethan’s main goal is to find his daughter, not go find a new husband or wife.

@@Munikoo Well yeah I understand your points! And I also understand your discomfort for these 'toxic' ships, it's justified. But still, some people still ship it and you should respect that. It's the 'enemies to lovers' dynamic lol, that's why people are so interested (including me). Also about the whole logic and story: this where AU's come in. People can ship whoever they want as long as it's not *illegal* . Like shipping family or minors with adults. And of course, as long as the characters aren't *real* people or something. That's a total ✨no✨ Again I respect your opinion and I hope you respect ours too. Let's try to respect each other's opinions, even if sometimes it's kinda weird <3 🙏

@@ionelalexandra I respect it, too, but if you think about it, people can make a toxic ship and can be like “oh, it’s just an AU” like aging up a minor to date an adult character. I don’t like this ship or support it, but, I don’t mind people shipping it, as long as they don’t make it toxic like abuse and stuff. Also thanks for not harassing me because of my opinion, I respect you for that.
