I am mixed martial artist newr trained taekwondo but i trained karate which is similar what is this actualy ? It lokes like kata in karate kata- fighting imaginary oponents to show your skills i personaly newer liked katas i take them as nonsense. You think whu i say lata is nonsense in real fight in 90% cases you can't perform kata because real fight is unpredictable for example this kata is half good half bad . Why? Ok she did with hands few hits and block hand atacks and leg atacks but slowmotion 2-3 times with her hands in kata have no any purpouse they are not hits or defense .

정권찌르기에서 正拳만 보완하면 완벽 👍 정권은 손등을 약간 수그려야 한다.손등에서 나가는 첫째 둘째 손가락 (검지 중지)의 관절 첫 마디가 타격의 대부분을 흡수한다. 손가락 둘째 마디부분이 첫째 마디부분보다 더 나가면 절대 안됨 ^^ 기본중의 기본 옆차기도 마찬가지 엄지 발가락쪽을 힘껏 당기고 발끝이 발뒤꿈치 보다 더 아래로 향해 있어야 함. 발꿈치와 족도(足刀)로 상대를 타격하는 것이다. 앞차기도 발가락을 완전 당겨야 함. (이 여성분을 말하는것이 아님) 블랙벨트 정도 되면 힘을 빼고 들어가면서 끝나는 타격 점에 힘과 기를 뫃아 넣을 줄 알아야 한다. 요즘 태권도는 품세에서는? 힘, 기모음, 유연성 같은 것을 중요시하지 않는 것 같다. 내 생각엔 적어도 유단자 이상에게는 심사시 그것도 함께 채점한다 면 훨씬 좋을것 같은 생각이다. 품세동작을 보면 거의가 다 처음부터 힘이 들어가 딱딱해 있음 특히 외국 도장의 태권도가 많이 부실해 보인다. 블랙 벨트인데도 그렇다. 요즘은 영상 컨텐츠가 발달해 다각도로 그 동작들을 볼 수가 있으므로 오히려 우리 태권도가 더욱 발전하고 심화될 수 있지 않나 생각된다. 대한민국 태권도 화이팅 --- 마음은 8단 ? 🙄
