If you talking about syncing on-prem AD to AWS, then you may setup AWS directory with AD connector which may sync your on-prem AD to AWS.

It most likely the format of xml is not good unless you also getting access denied error message. the file doesn't have any issue but could be with content/format.

in my case, resource ARN was missing " at last. If you are still having this issue, either you may use policy generator tool, which is very easy and handy or share your policy with me. I'll check and correct it.

Easily done creating a QoS policy and setting the MTU of the vnic at 9216. That will enable jumbo frames on the vnic and the traffic between IO modules and fabric interconnects.
